For this award, it's the first time:

Tommy Moffitt, now in his 12th year with the Tigers, won the Strength Performance Network’s first-ever College Coach’s Choice Award
To win the inaugural award is pretty cool.

Just a few years ago, a number of posters on this board were ready to run him out of town.

That's because most posters, and people in general, are retarded.

Strength and conditioning may be the most under-appreciated aspect of on-field performance. It is certainly making a difference with LSU this year.

Stiff competition

Kaz Kazadi
School: Baylor University
Position: Assistant Athletics Director
About: Kazadi works with Baylor’s student-athletes in areas beyond sports performance, helping them manage their emotions and develop mental toughness as well as building their strength. Since he arrived on campus, the Bears’ Athletic Performance Department has added three new positions.

it really helps les' philosophy out. run it down their throat all game. you see it in the forth quarter when the other team is downright exhausted, yet our team is still has pep in their step- on both sides of the ball

Les getting him to stay when Saban left was huge. And I have said earlier that keeping him this offseason was the biggest recruiting coup of all.
