I'm sure they are ignoring you because you have selected Auburn as your team of preference, I on the other hand, will be bigger than that and say I agree with you, I don't think 6 wins gets it done yet. I always thought it was 7.

You can't go 6-6 with one of your wins being over a fcs school. That does not make you bowl eligible.

This is correct. LSU is not bowl-eligible yet, it requires six wins against FBS teams.
Not that anyone doubts they will go bowling though.
