is pretty familiar and pathetic. He professes to blame it on coaching while twice throwing the players under the us. He's going to kick these kids off of the team? Pressure is already getting to him.See p. 3 of the link.

The best thing that happened for us was the penalty. They had the same lackluster coverage on the first punt, and Wing knew it. Muschamp did a really horrible job yesterday. I'm sort of amazed how terrible they were.

true, Urban's recruiting classes were supposed to be off the charts the past couple of years on defense. You would think Muschamp would have that side of the ball playing well.

Did you see Texas' defense last year? I am not.

He learned that from Saban, "it's my fault because I counted on you". Ask anyone who worked in the AD during his time.

Muschamp and Saban seem like horrible people. I know, personally, that Saban is. Muschamp looks like he learned well from his teacher. Important lesson: find teachers who teach good lessons, not evil men who may be successful according to the world's standards.

Muschamp has to change the culture of that program. Urban Meyer lead the conference in arrested players and that is not an easy thing for s new coach to change

Clearly these two players have done more than screw up a punt coverage to draw muschamp's ire

It has to really help his recruiting if he kicks guys off the team for one play. Recruits have to think they have a real shot at early playing time with a coach that will remove those ahead of them on the depth chart for one mistake.

They hired him as a coach-in-waiting at Texas.

They must be patient.

And FSU isn't exactly lighting the world on fire. Another example of why preseason polls shouldn't exist.

He had no defensive tackles that year. Anybody that had a ground/pound run game ran all over them.

Shocked. He really needs to find a way to make something happen down there or he will not be there long.

“We had two guys assigned for the punter. They didn’t do their job, so we’ll move on with that. That’s coaching,” said Muschamp. “We had two guys that were assigned to do their job. They didn’t do it. And they did what they wanted to do, and those guys aren’t going to play in our program anymore, guys that just do what they want to do when they want to do it. It’s undisciplined football and that’s my fault, nobody else’s.”
