Then finally, LSU plays an opportunistic defense. They definitely have a top DL, but are very average at best in the secondary and their linebackers. Any team that plays them, takes care of the ball, they can win. Because teams can move the ball on them, especially through the air.

I wonder if it has to do with the offenses they have played? LSU has a dang good DL...but it isnt any better than a healthy DL of FSU. And if it is, it isnt by much. Bama has the nasty defense. LSU has a weak, very weak Secondary. Anyone can say they will be playing pro, but it doesnt make the team any better right now.

They have no idea what they're talking about.

Who cares. The national championship is between Alabama and LSU.

Sounds like the morons on here after the WVU game last week.

allowing 400 yards isnt really a big deal when you are thrown on 70 times.

Especially when you are winning the whole game......

The WVU game accounts for nearly half of the passing yards on the season.

We have more picks than passing TDs against (6-4), and we are gving up 200 yds/g, while averaging 40 attempts. That's good for 8th highest in the nation, and translates to 7th is yards/attempt. Not to mention we've played two extremely potent offenses this season in UO and WVU.

They are whistling in the dark to lift their spirits.
