Just a question about playing and redshirts - not a flame at JJ

So - for clarification's sake only - no hidden meaning intended - if a player plays this late in the season, they cannot redshirt. Is that right??

they could still request a medical redshirt.

It doesn't matter when a player plays. If a player takes a snap on the first play of the first game, he can't redshirt unless he petitions the NCAA for a medical redshirt.

Don't get your panties in a wad, I was thinking about #14 Terrence Magee. From what I could see, he had not played in a game this year until today.
