How can I go about compressing a animated GIF with Adobe Fireworks?

I know I can delete frames that aren't needed. What are some good ways. Thanks!

When you select "Image Preview" from the File menu, you can change the colors from "Exact" to "Web Adaptive." Then you can reduce the number of colors until you hit a reasonable size. You can also increase "Loss" from there.
