If you are a Tiger fan you've read the link above at least once to be sure all this is really happening - so soon! The "athletes" as the commentators commonly refer to our young heroes in Tigerland are putting on a show! Like my padna's from Mt. Clemens, MI used to say on the field during softball tournaments after another "W" - NEXT!

I should almost guarantee (if it hasn't happended already - Germans as the rantards like to say w affection) that LSU will be adding at least 1 more name to the list : Brad Wing. Claiborne (if they show such stats) probably finished 2nd to TM7 - wow! How many times can you envision these 2 garnering national honors this season?

On the other side of the football - which is developing quite nicely and even has surpassed most of our expectations starting just b/f the kickoff in Jerryland - General Lee, WTF (Ware-then-Ford, and ODBJr are deserving as well.

I for one (documented reading - see tigerdroppings.com) am on record as saying Lee was going to be needed tremendously in 2011! Mett can have 2012 and bring us a dynasty that was ready to roll just before RP pulled a JJ.

I regress. Anyway after just 1/4 of the college football season (I count bowl games as 25% of the season b/c of the end-of-season FINAL rankings) LSU has been witnessed by more viewers than any other team - except Notre Dame and Texas of course - who have their own "network." Hell, LSU would double "funny money" their ratings right now! No offense to the Longhorn faithful or Fighting Irish supporters..... Hence, all the sudden AND deserving national honors.

Even the most hard-core LSU fanatic has got to be brimming from ear-to-ear. All these great games against great competition - at their place? Un-frickin believable. The stats by TM7 are truly "freaky." He may be a smaller man in appearance than most everyone on this message board but DAMN son can he play some FUFoootball! Whatever trash talkin' he's doing it's workin'! However, if he wants to make it to the Heisman gala he definitely will need some etiquette skils.

Of course we ALL understand that the season is just 1/4 of the way there. Just wanted to check-in and make sure that whoever is NEXT! on the schedule doesn't trip over OUR press clippings. We were ready to win a CHAMPONSHIP last damn season! We had the heart we just didn't have enough money (AU sucks!)
We also beat St. Nick.... We just need to beat them in their house this time to prove it was no fluke last year. Bring on our next meal. Geaux Tigers! NO triple OT needed for KY this time!
