More upside going forward?

Of these players on the waiver wire, which has the most upside going forward?
Roy Helu or Kendal Hunter RB's
Torrey Smith or David Nelson. WR's
I guess tonight will be a good opportunity to see how much Helu plays. I picked him up and could sure use a Torain-like stretch of production.

probably Helu and Nelson imo. don't fall into the torrey smith one game wonder. look at Danario Alexander last year
