I have Breesus and Matt Ryan as QB, need some help at RB. My guys are Frank Gore, Pierre Thomas, Javid Best, Reggie Bush, and Joe Addai.
Have an offer for MacGahee for Ryan. Also could get Hightower or possibly Daniel Thomas if I added something.
Any ideas

That is horrible. Regardless if you don't need Ryan, you'd give someone a starting QB for a backup RB on a bad team who will split time at best.

lol, I think I'm the only one who values Qb's in my league, I have Stafford on my bench and was offered Plaxico Buress for him

Aim for Blount, Matthews, Tolbert, etc. At least trade him for some players with legitimate production and upside.
