Having issues on the TD home page

I'm using Google Chrome v14.0.835.186
When I go to the "Forums" drop down, the drop down menu disappears as soon as my cursor leaves the "Forums."
When I use IE, I can successfully click any of the options in the menu.

I'm not sure... I just noticed it for the first time today.
I know I've accessed the rules before (which is what I was trying to get too). I think it has at one time, but I don't recall when.
