Grooming him to be a tailback. He will be a big bruising TB for years to come.

honestly that's what i was wondering...
maybe it's his way of making a bruising tailback and i think it's a great idea, but i've noticed Miles has put all of his former RB at FB first. Hester, Scott, Ridley, and Ware

This is exactly where this is going. Hilliard will be the workhorse no. 1 tailback in a couple years after Ware/Ford are gone

I don't remember Ridley or Ware ever playing Fullback. Ridley's first action was against La Tech at TB. Ware played Tailback last year when he played. Scott was a tailback first then took snaps at fullback with Keiland Williams at tailback. And Hester was at fullback Saban's last year.
Addai played one year at fullback before taking over at tailback.

I know for a fact that ware lined up as a fb in certain packages last year.
