That should be more than enough. That should be about a 12.25 lb butt without bone.
Which will be almost 6.5 lb after cooked.

A pulled pork on bun is probably 1/4 pound of cooked meat.

On average a butt will yield 4.5#'s of pulled pork. So multiply that by 4 and you're feeding about 18 people...

I cook them from time to time not as long and slice them. A little pork au jus and horseradish mashed potatoes.

They do well sliced.
