cost of closing in a carport/garage

Any ideas how much it would be to close in a regular size carport? It has electrical already; and I dont need any plumbing installed. Basically 2 brick walls with a door and window on each wall. TIA.

Hmmmm, I'm going with... more expensive than shipping a box of meat to West Virginia, but less expensive than a fine for illegally downloading thousands of songs.

are you gonna make this into a room of the house or just a garage?

It's a regular size so about 20 by 30. It is gonna be a play/media room.

1 brick wall with a couple of windows? I say no more than 4-5k. I just closed in my patio for about 13K 800sq ft brick and about 20 windows

We built in 09 and the original plans called for a carport, but the builder suggested a garage and it ended up being 2 grand extra.

Yours will be more, because your walls will need to be insulated, you want windows, probably flooring. It will also be more because it's a remodel. I'm guessing 4 grand.

Are you going to raise the slab to the level of the house? Sneetrock ceiling and insulate above it? New light fixtures? Tie into furnace/ac? Don't forget return air provisions. So many questions, but all determine price.
