Is this years LSU team better than Auburns Nat Title team last year?

I have to wonder what some think. I know its only a few games in, but the way they are handling the spread this year as compared to when they played Scam Newton last year, i think it would be a different ball game. These tigahs are for real..

No Cam Newton but our D is a bit better. Auburn's D was nasty last year.

I say the two teams are very close

Their D upfront was. We need to keep developing the offense. One step at a time.

In many ways...of course.

Our defense is light years ahead of Auburn's defense last year. But, let's be honest. Our offense is just as far behind as Auburn's.

Our hope is that our passing game continues to develop to the point where teams stop choosing to put 8 in the box every play.

Once that happen our offense doesn't just get a little bit better...it gets a lot better.
