If you put it in front of me, I'll drink it and enjoy it. I don't usually buy it though.
Chateau Ste. Michelle is good. I'll use Schmitt Söhne as a cooking wine on occasion.

I've got this at the house now, it's good.
The Schmitt is ok, but oddly enough I ended up using it to cook with..
Another one that i've liked is RELAX it comes in a blue bottle.

rieslings fall on along a spectrum that runs from very sweet to very dry. i don't like the sweet ones but there are a lot of really good rieslings that fall on the dry end.

The wife like Cupcake and Coppola Sophia. They are a little dryer that Schmitt. We also drink alot of Schmitt and Relax, and Funf is a good, cheap one. I think those three are all made by Schmitt.

JJ Prum is really good.....and expensive....bout $50-60.
The Reinhold Riesling Kabinett Piesporter Grafenberg 2009 is probably the best as far as value is concerened....bout $25.

Love Riesling.
I have a serious sweet tooth so Rieslings, Gewurztraminers, Mescato (yeah, I said it), Sautern's (sp), Eiswein's .. all fantastic.

Dry rieslings are a good match with spicy food (Thai especially) and seafood. Not a wine I would drink absent food, but a good choice with certain meals. But then again, I grew up in the lower 9, so I know Thunderbird by vintages.
