18 of 27 for 261 yards with 2 TDs and 1 INT. Maybe his best game, statistically.

I'd be perfectly satisfied with a similar performance.

I remember we had to hang on to win also. MSU RB dropped a huge pass in the 4th Q that would have made the game VERY interesting...

Same. It'd be awesome if he really broke out in the SEC opener.

Yeah, that defense in 08 was dominant.

That stat line, combined with the power running game and amazing defense, would mean a blowout.

If Lee can complete over 60% of his passes and throw for 200+ yards a game with a couple touchdowns every game --- what team on the schedule can beat the Tigers???

his INT btw is the last one thrown against state.

The opportunities should be there. State is going to have to bring safetys up to help in run support. I hope they mix it up on first down a little, maybe 60/40 run/pass. Teams are almost always guessing LSU runs on 1st down.
