Dbacks Coach. This guy does a great job identifying and coaching talent. Administration needs to do everything to keep this guy on LSU's sidelines as long as possible.

im surprised he hasnt gotten offers to be a DC at a smaller school and work his way up

Please check me if I'm wrong, but I think he's been a DC at MS State and he wasn't very good and he's been a HC at UL (Louisville, not UL-L) . He's very good at what he does now and I believe he is compensated very well to do just that.

IMO he may be one of the best coaches on our staff. I would hate to loose him.

Yeah he's been in higher positions before. Just a matter of time before he is again. State and Louisville are tough places.
A real school will come along and offer him a DC job or a mid major could offer him a HC job
