I certainly do. I think we will beat Moo State in a good game, and Oklahoma falls down at Noles. We put #1 on the line at WVU.

We beat MSU, but the Sooners will beat the Noles imo.

I agree. Just win. Everything else takes care of itself. But I think Ok wins next week.

polls mean nothing, just keep throwing the ball on the line and scrapping teams for it

Probably, unless the voters in these polls remember last week's win and see Oregon's gaudy numbers this week and say: "Hey, that LSU win was bigger than we thought!" But probably you are right about Bama being back in the #2 slot this week...

Pollsters have short memories. Bama beat PSU and LSU beat a div 2 team. For the same reason lsu jumped bama last week Bama back to #2 this week.

IF FSU beats the Okies,
all the following teams will get first place votes:

LSU, FSU, Bama, Boise.

South Carolina does not have much left on their schedule.
They could go undefeated in the regular season now that Georgia is out of the way.

I know that cant control fate, but as I have stated in earlier posts, i would rather be the hunter than the hunted. #1 ranking during the season just puts a big red target on your backs. Now at the end of the season after the MNC game, this is where i want LSU to have the #1 ranking. For whatever reason not that we have been ranked #1 a lot during the season during my lifetime, we just dont seem to handle the ranking at #1 as well as other teams. JMO
