you obviously haven't seen the garbage michigan and notre dame are wearing this year. and USC has changed their uniforms several times over the last 20 years or so

First, I don't think we should ever break from wearing our current unis, but why is it always an SEC opponent? Why can't we wear this against Northwestern? When we run out of the tunnel, I want to see LSU, not some retro-disco imitation.

Because the country won't be watching the NSU game. Have any of the people bitching in here ever taken a marketing class? I prefer our regular unis, but this one time thing is good exposure for Nike, who probably paid good money to LSU for the opportunity. And yes, money is a good reason for this one time change.

Do you or anyone really think that this decision is up to Miles? Try LSU Sports Properties, and the head of merchandising/licensing. They know that enough of us will like the jerseys, gloves, or cleats enough to want to buy one or the other for our man caves, kids, ect.
I don't like the uniforms either.
