Will T.O. play in the NFL this season?

if so, what team will have him and why?
I'm thinking Arizona, just based on what I've read. He'd be a good foil for Larry Fitzgerald, and Whisenhunt is on the hot seat.

He's not healthy yet. When he does get healthy, if he does this season, seems like there are some places with more need than Arizona--Jacksonville, maybe?

Floyd was disappointing, but he battled injuries all last year and missed some games. As did Naanee and like every other receiver that used.
