One series of one game

I know it's only one series of one game, but our former OC is certainly mixing it up in the opening game. They may also regress under Krowton, but it does seem that LSU's lack of identity, as discussed on this board has been there all along. It may just not be the identity that fans wanted to see with all of the vaunted offensive talent.
Personally, I'm less concerned about style points than just playing sound, strong football.

Crowton is a very imaginative playcaller.
He cannot develop talent.
A great OC must be able to do both. Crowton couldn't.
Let's hope Krag can develop QB talent and Stud/Miles can call plays.

Hasn't thrown a ball more than 5 yards downfield either.

Yeah why couldn't he do stuff like this with Jared Lee!?!?

Krowton should have used Antony Ranaldo as a QB.

My point was more about the team identity, or lack thereof, argument from the past couple of seasons. I believe the conservative play calling is going to be the identity of a Miles coached team, save the occasional trick play.
Forgive me for the spelling error, for those that didn't know who the f%*K I was talking about.
