Expansion from other states

Add 1 school to total 14: VA Tech or NC State.
Or add 3 schools to total 16: 1)NC State, VA Tech & Virginia, or 2)NC State, UNC & Duke, or 3) Oklahoma, OK State & Missouri(or Texas, which I don't think would happen).
I don't think Florida St, Clemson, Miami or GA Tech would be given a chance because of UF, USC & UGA objection plus the conference wouldn't be expanding the market to any new states.
Just some thoughts.
