Being a complete regional homer like I am, excluding Bama, if it were numerically possible, I wouldn't care if every other SEC lost every SEC game. But outside conference play, I generally want the SEC team to win...yes, even 
AU against Oregon this past season.
That said, how should I feel about aTm this season? Because we are adopting (or seem to be) the abused stepchild from the texas conference, should I hope see the aggies win the big 12, whup texas & OU? Should I care?

Just another school with little brother syndrome. They're upset that Tejas is getting all the love from the conference and they somehow think by moving to the SEC this will be better

I will hate them like I hate every other team in the conference when and if they get here.
Until they are actually here I will probably not worry about them much unless they get a chance to bitch slap a pac 10 team (in a bowl) then I will wish them godspeed.

That was my first instinct. But then it would kind of suck to see slither away to the SEC with a 4-8 record, taking an arse raping from the schools that matter. Perhaps there should be a performance stipulation to the contract.

As long as they step up their game when they reach the SEC, and win OOC and bowl games under our banner, I don't give a crap how they left the Big 12(10).
Sure, it'd be cool for them to kick butt and take names, then leave them for us...it'd be great to tell Big 12 fans that merely being INVITED to the SEC makes a team better..
..but that would be selfish of me.

its more like A&M is the older brother that gets dumped on by the popular, talented, but very arrogant younger brother who hates to share.
I would think you would want A&M to win the Big 12 in their last year as it would bolster the SEC's image of superiority.

If it becomes positive that they are joining the SEC, then I would like to see them have a great last year in the Big-12 before promptly dropping to the middle of the pack in the SEC.

WoodlandsAg07, you are really gonna love it when you get a drunk bama redneck and a drunk cajun together and they begin to discuss football. if you want to see that, go to the senior bowl in mobile one year. there are fans from just about all of the sec schools there and it's one big party. since it's after the season, the atmosphere isa no pressure, drink with the "competition" thing. hell, i shared my damn good irish whiskey with ole miss fans last year and i hate their guts.
