How will Tiger Nation receive Jordan Jefferson..

How will Tiger Nation receive Jordan Jefferson after all has passed, and it will pass? I hope JL plays well and is effective with the offence, but how will you react when #9 trots onto the field? This will happen..

I feel bad for the dude right now to be honest. Regardless of his mistakes, his life probably feels like it's over right now and the kid is 20. Tough pill to swallow for beating up a punk.

It'll all depend on how Lee and Mettenberger play. If JL and Mett have a crap year, then JJ will be the savior. If JL and/or Mett have a great year, then people won't care about JJ coming back.

As someone who brought the wrong type of attention to LSU. For being in the spot he was, he should have known better to not be put in any situation. Self defense is one thing, but to kick a guy in the head when he is down is another

I actually like him better now. I feel sorry for him. I think this is way out of proportion. And, he's not going to hold our football team back with 9/23 Vandy performances anymore.

If the stuff about Lowery turns out to be accurate, then by and large I'd expect JJ to be very well received by many casual Tiger fans. This whole business of kicking someone down in the parking lot; just look at it in this light. Say the guy (marine, 215 pounds, history of trouble) WAS stalking/harrassing an 18 yr old girl. I'll bet there are many people that would say he merited a bigger beating than he received. Especially those who have daughters of their own.

Like thug Perilloux, thug Jefferson will never set foot in Tiger Stadium ever again. He'll be lucky if McNeese State takes him after what he's about to go through. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!!!!!
