You know this team is going to circle the wagons and take on the us against the world mentality. We now come into this game as the under dog! What do you think this team wants to do after a long off season of build up for this Oregon game and with all the off field drama they have endured??? They're going to want to take out their frustration on somebody and that somebody is Oregon! Oregons running into a BUZZ SAW!!!!!!

I don't believe so.

When one of the most popular guys on the team is cuffed, that's not good for morale.

LSU has been the underdog pretty much the entire time according to Vegas.

I think Lee is a 5th year senior that is ready to explode in his home state. Stop judging him for what he did as a RS Freshman.

As long as they buzz saw in their lanes we'll be OK. They need to stay disciplined and not try to make too many big plays defensively.

IMO, this is what UNC did last year b/f the opener. They played great, I hope LSU does the same.

You know Les is going to rally the troops and the crowd we'll be what 70-30 LSU??? This team will have plenty of support there. All offseason long Lee has quietly been in the shadows getting into the best shape of his life. Now here's his chance! Lee and the Tigers will be the story of college football next weekend!

Yes you are correct, we will beat the poor B____d to a pulp. It will be a Shaggy's rerun but legit.

LSU is either gonna will by a lot or lose by a lot...that almost seems to be a given right now.

Lee does put up higher #s which is maybe exactly just what we need against OR...Our defense can slow Oregon down

It is a nice rallying point for the team. Too bad it had to be so ugly.

I agree with this. The guys will all come together. Even though we lost Johns, Jefferson, and Shep (for atleast a few games), We still have a loaded lineup

Start adding up all these events and things don't look stable.

• Players in brawl, arrested and suspended.
• Willie Lyles situation still out there
• RS suspended.
• Gun incident involving Montgomery/Mettenburger just coming to light.
• QB with 49 pairs of shoes, very suspicious.

These things tend to snowball and blow up. Got a little bit of everything going on.

Or the whole Willie Lyles saga.

If either team needs something like this to happen to get them fired up to play then they have way more issues than what's transpired over the off season.

I would agree with you if there was a "margin of error" or if the move by Miles could be "spinned", but I believe the players know in their hearts that there was no other solutions,so they will come together.

Even when our friends get in trouble, we know when things are right or wrong.

You may have been right if Miles had done this BEFORE the warrants.

Be careful of stats, they can be meant to mean what anyone wants....and remember that to ASSUME usually means making an arse out of U and ME.

I like our chances because Oregon has been preparing all offseason FOR THE WRONG OFFENSE!
