What would you think 160 acres on foster lake would cost? No house just a boat launch.

pretty expensive but your getting some of the best duck hunting money can buy. But also keep in mind your property will be 15 ft underwater half the year

I wouldnt say the best. Last year had great duck hunting but before that it was ok at best. Plus it is underwater half the year and besides hunting right you can fish the lake with no land. So not that we know that what you think it is worth?

I don't know the exact specifics of all the land around the lake, but if his land is around the part that doesn't flood and backs up to one of the nice hunting clubs in the area, it may not be too crazy of a price.

I know some people that pay ridiculous amounts of money for land around Fort Adams. I'm sure some company will come in and buy it up though.

He is on foster which floods I promise. This 160 acres is nice but it is wet all year and gets un accessible by land half the year.

I could be wrong but I don't think there is a part that does not flood

You're probably right. I used to hunt in Ft Adams and hunted LM a few times, but I'm not real familiar with it.

Yea I prob wouldn't pay a whole lot for it. The fishing on the lakes can be great but don't need land for that. Duck hunting is good but you could prob just lease a lot to get access to Fosters. Big game hunting is hit and miss. Depends on how bad the hogs are and what kinda hunting is around you. Some years that water doesn't drop out of Fosters till almost 4th of July.
