So this is my team:

QB: Ben Roethlisberger, Jay Cutler
RB: Chris Johnson, Steven Jackson, Fred Jackson, Tim Hightower, Javon Ringer
WR: Miles Austin, Wes Welker, Lance Moore, Jacoby Ford, Danny Amendola
TE: Dallas Clark, Marcedes Lewis

The trade is Chris Johnson, Dallas Clark, and Lance Moore for Ray Rice, Dustin Keller, and DeSean Jackson

I'm considering because I could use DeSean Jackson to beef up my receivers. It's ppr.

Any thoughts?

Pretty even trade I'd say. With the uncertainty surrounding CJ2K, I'd pull the trigger at this point. Rice is set for a big year.

Your 3 starting WR will have to be the best trio in the league after the trade also.

That's what I was thinking. I'm just reluctant to get rid of Clark.

I don't take this in a PPR. Clark and Moore get pluses for PPR leagues and Rice isn't that much of an upgrade over CJ. I think CJ ends his holdout before the season

I think you would lose some value here. I don't think the upgrade at WR is worth the dropoff in production from Clark to Lewis. While Jackson is a big play threat and a name upgrade at WR, I wouldn't put it past Moore to catch 60 balls and 8 touchdowns. Armendola should catch plenty of balls also... you don't need a WR3 upgrade that bad. I'd stand pat.

Agree.

CJ2K is more risky than Rice with the holdout, and Clark is great but I can't imagine Tamme's performance last season will be completely ignored plus the thing with P. Manning's neck has to be worrisome until you see him play.

Thanks guys. I also feel that it's more or less a lateral move. It comes down to Jackson being able to cover the gap between Clark and Lewis or Keller.
