Knile Davis

I hate to see this happen to anyone. Hopefully he will be able to make a full recovery. I really enjoyed watching this guy run.... except his 150+yds vs LSU. Wonder how this will change the SEC West now that he is out. You think it it knocks Arky out of contention and its down to LSU and Alabama??

I hate to see this for anyone, especially a future NFL stud like him. He is definitely lost for the season.

What this means is that Arkansas is done. Stick a fork in them. They will still have a passing game, but now crazy blitzing pressure will be destroying the Arkansas offensive game plan.

This definitely puts more pressure on Tyler Wilson to be the play maker.

lol you act like they don't have capable running backs.

They have lost the two leading rushers from last year and are starting two sophmores on O-line and a new qb. It will be trouble

correct. they have a QB who could be really good (don't know yet) and badass wideouts. Davis was definitely the #1 horse in the backfield but it would be naive to think all they have left are scrubs.

But Davis was a freak. Those guys are not Davis. The pressure will be much greater. I'm sure they will still have a great ball team and that their backs are good, but winning the west is improbable.

This is equivalent to us losing Spencer Ware. Yes it would hurt but we have good backs behind him.

Wingo and Dennis Johnson are still good, but it definately hurts them a good bit.

Were they in 07? Or all the other years recently that they've beaten LSU?

I know what we as fans think doesn't affect the outcome of the game, but I really hope LSU circles that game on their calender this year. I'm about sick of losing to the piggies.
