How does your league choose the draft order?

Pick out of a hat?
Last place of previous year chooses first?
Competition like on The League? (First one through security at the airport got first pick)
Other?
We're trying to make it more interesting this year. We can't do last place picks first because not everyone is returning from last years league.

Auction draft for my league 
Voted against it but no good came out of it. Before that, when it was snake, you would not know until one hour before hand where you would pick. No e-mail from the commish or anything, you just entered the draft room and proceeded from there.

We just put a Ace through ten on the table mix em up and draw. Basic and simple.

In one of my leagues its auction, in the other, its a keeper league in which the first six picks are decided by a lottery, sort of like the NBA, in which the worst team get the most "balls" (or chances). This year the worst team got the 3rd pick overall.. So it gets interesting doing it with the lottery picks.

We use CBS and it let's the computer choose a random order.
