Question reguarding Green Bay and signing players.

The year after we won the Superbowl we were handcuffed in free agency. I was just wondering if GB was in a similar situation this year.

They are not. Different CBA.

That was only because the CBA expired and we went into an uncapped year. There were special rules in place for that.
GB really hasn't done much of anything besides let some players go though.
