Chicken Salsa

Tonight my 9 year old decided she wanted to try a recipe she made up. I was hesitant but thought I would hear what she had in mind. She started with grilled chicken breast, then onion, peppers, tomatoes. I suggested cilantro, and then we ended up with a grilled chicken salsa, seasoned with salt/pepper and then lime juice. Was really tasty for something a fourth grader came up with. We grilled a bell pepper, and she served it in the pepper with Tostitos Scoops.
