Would be an upgrade over Harper, even though I think he's a solid player. Thoughts?

I wonder how the Harper negotiations are going. Maybe the Weddle deal is making it difficult?

Really solid player, very versatile in coverage having played in the Tampa 2 for so long. He actually played FS, SS, and CB over there. I love what Harper can do, but Manning seems more like a GW guy.

Maybe with S Jonathan Amaya coming over from the Reggie-Miami deal, and the Saints pursuing Manning signals Harper won't be back?
