Tiger Stadium Windows

Just drove past by the stadium on the way to work and it looks like they've started the window project again. The windows closer to the west side are all out and they have plastic to cover them up. Also, when driving past the baseball stadium i saw a lot of construction going on on both the first base and third base side. Anyone know whats going on with that? Maybe adding suites? #itwillneverbefinishedintime

Yeah i agree, but they just started getting the equipment out there last week. I would consider it fast for LSU.

thanks to all who gave their hard earned money to benefit all of us, sorry it was not to the timetable of those who complain, you guys just keep complaning and the rest of us will keep giving our $$$ to you who are entitled to it...thanks TAF and all those who gave....
ps- I am working on that berm for you, let me just feed my kids and pay my mtg and I will get it done so you dont have to pay for it, because you DESERVE it for free...

I was under the assumption they would start on the windows a week after Bayou Country SuperFest. They should make quick work of them though

winning, I am sick and tired of some on this board (not you) always complaining about things that others do for them...e.g. the windows etc etc. It is NOT free and takes time, if you gave zippo to it (as some who complain 100% admit) I say shut up about it....you are not entitled to windows at TS...tired of those who rely on others to supply them and then complain when it is not to thier liking...politics and sports...hope this clears it up for you

midminnow- they actually started before superfest, but the work was on the inside first, more than 1/2 of the cost is getting the inside taken out...and this is only the start, BIG plans for the courtyard etc...it will take time and money, but we will get there

Starting installation of windows is a big difference than "Just starting." It has been over a year to be able to get to this point.

secman, i understand what you are saying but when the money appears to be there then lets get it started at the beginning of summer instead of 39 days before the first game. It doesn't really matter to me as long as the windows are done.

If LSU wants their stadium to look like shite then that's their problem. I don't care if the windows are fixed or not but they make enough profit off of football. They shouldn't need donations to maintain their facilities.

Our season ticket group consists of 8 people. We all chipped in and got a window under our account so I'll bitch about it as long as I want. My beef is the money has been allocated since November '10. There is no reason that we're just starting to see the work being done. Should have started in the Spring at least.
