NCAA unexpected coaching hire

Just finished my first offline dynasty season and I was checking out the coaching carousel in the off season. Who do I see hired as Arkansas new offensive coordinator? Why "The Wizard" himself Gary Crowton.
I look forward to watching Arkansas attempt to run the short side option for a few years to come in my dynasty.

Also, oddly enough despite having another 11 win season, Saban is listed on the hot seat in my dynasty. He has 45% approval rating.
