Looks Like A Sushi Joint Is About To Move Into The Old End Zone Spot ..

.. in the same shopping center as city cafe ... there is an alcoholic beverage app sign up and it looks like the hearing was on 7/7 ... owner is sun road, incorporated .. whoever that is .. just an FYI ..

it looked like there was some activity going on inside too .. the spot is virtually move in ready for a business like that ... all of a sudden, it looks like city cafe is dragging its feet moving into the old broken egg spot .. i wonder if this has anything to do with that ..

That would be a good spot for a Bulldog-East.

i'd heard you mention awhile back that city was going to move in the egg spot. i was in city about a week ago, and meant to ask him about that, but i got sidetracked and didn't.
yeah, the old end zone should be pretty much plug & play after a little clean up, for the new tenants.

yeah .. actually, miranda and stabler co-signed the broken egg lease amazingly ... they have been paying on it ever since old boy jumped his lease for what he thought were greener pastures that lasted less than two years ... it is actually a larger spot than what they are in ... there is an alcoholic beverage permit app in that window as well, for them, dated october of 2010 .. i thought they were just waiting for their lease in their current location to expire so they would just move into that spot and cut their overhead .. that may still be the intention ..

I admittedly am not as familiar with that neighborhood as you but I can't see a Bulldog doing well there.
Huge neighborhood near by but it is made up largely of families with kids or older people. Plus a Bulldog type place is helped greatly by being near other bars/nightlife. It would be on an island out there.

you're fricking kidding ! we have the china kitchen .. the place in the wal mart shopping center .. that stupid crazy buffet on o'neal and nagoya is moving into the old times spot on market street ... that would be the proverbial air being let out of the balloon there if true ..

that is just a tad better than chinese .. we do need a good sushi place out here .. and i don't think nagoya's gonna cut it in the freshness department ..
