thick cut pork chop, oilve oil, kosher salt, cracked pepper, fresh rosemary and grill to medium. One of my favorite dishes all for less than $5.00.

I grilled some the other night but with the new temps for eating pork (160) I only left them on about 8 min per side. They came out very juicy and tender. Also used a little hickory chips

I tried something like this - Mango Salsa Pork Chops
Instead of making the salsa myself I just bought a jar of mango habanero salsa. I would recommend doing the same to save time and money.

Get some fat ones, make a pocket, stuff with fontina, sage, and prosciutto. Grill, bake, fry

Brown pork chops, saute onion, celery, bell pepper, pinch of garlic, add two-three cups of rice, two cans of stewed tomatoes(Del Monte original recipe is the best flavor) and the liquid, stir. Add enough water to make do, consider the water that is gonna come from the chops and veggies, season with salt pepper and a bit of cumin. Place chops back in pot on top of the rice. Cover and go.

Smothered Pork Chops.
Ingredients
• 4 center cut pork chops (1-inch thick)
• 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 2 onions, sliced
Directions
Season pork chops with seasoning salt and pepper, coat completely with flour. Heat oil in heavy skillet. Add pork chops and brown on each side (about 3 minutes per side). Remove and set aside. Add sliced onions to the pan drippings and cook for 1 minute. Add remaining flour continue to stir until onions and flour begin to brown. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil, stir until incorporated and return pork chops to the gravy, cover skillet, reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes until gravy is thick and pork chops are tender.
