Has anyone seen this documentary from 2006? I'm watching now and it is awesome. It goes into great detail about many of the classic slasher movies we all love. The interviews with the special effects people are the best. There are some spoilers but it's a must watch if your a fan of the genre.

Might have been better if it didn't given in to the hackneyed use of facile pop-sociology. I can only groan when I hear yet another pseudo-intellectual critic explain the emergence of some art form or another by use of Presidential administration.

That was a good analysis of the documentary I guess. I think it was scaaary. Gore is fun. There was a few movies I always overlook that seem to be pretty interesting.

Yea there were a couple movies in the doc that I really want to see. Terror Train, Happy Birthday to Me, Silent Night Deadly Night, and The Burning have all been added to my watch list.
