I think that the 360 is able to sense when you are about to put a lot of hours on it, so it spares itself the torture and just dies beforehand. Happened to me the day before Halo 3 came out.

Ha I always used to make my big purchases right before fall semester because I was loaded after working all summer... And of course I would be broke about the time thanksgiving rolled around.

My Ps3 was looted out of my car after the tornado. I waited a while but I finally went and bought another one. I also didn't have internet between that time and just used my phone as a hotspot but again, I just got internet today

Better connectivity for the most part imo. People usually have better ping on XBL so there is less lag. Oh yea, and XBL doesn't go down for months at a time
