Anyone know any areas around iberville parish that are good for fishing off the bank. Don't have a boat just looking to do a little fishing.
Any places on the river side of the mississippi you can get to without trespassing?

Lot of places you can cross and fish. I used to use the batture to wood duck hunt. I imagine the river is still a bit high but once it drops cross and fish the bar pits. Big arse catfish.
I know you can cross around St Gabriel.

You can go to the bayou front area in Plaquemine (by the locks), there is a place by the jail in Plaquemine and you can go across the street from Jack Millers and fish off the pier.

River is down all the way. You can drive over the levee if you want and try to find a pond on the backside. Just all depends on what you are willing to do.
