Just looking at the setup without knowing more, I would say $800 is a very fair price for that piece of kit.

How many rounds has been fired through it and what is the make of the scope? AR's are tricky to price since they really don't lose much value. I barely ever see them less than 80% of retail price.

Looks like a good price. That Nikon scope runs anywhere from $200 - $600 (depending on the model)
Unless it is in bad shape or had a ridiculous amount of rounds through it, it looks to be a fair deal.

Id offer $650 without the scope, and because there is a UTG handguard on it.

Just emailed the guy that I will take it. I think I will sell the scope that is on it & replace with something better.

Yeah thats a pretty good price. I have used a UTG rail like that in the past (came on an upper I got) and they aren't as bad as people make them out to be. I never had a problem with mine. The only thing wierd I noticed was the scope is sitting too far forward. Must be a hell of an eye relief on that thing, or he shot it with the stock all the way down, short length of pull (meaning he'd be a midget not 7ft tall)
