I saw this movie a while back when it came out but recently sat down and re-watched it and realized how much I like it. It has its moments where it is kinda slow but I still think it is a great movie. Jeff Bridges is one of my favorites so i guess it makes it a win win for me. I searched and could not find any threads on it and just wanted to hear what the "all knowing" movie board thought about it.

I loved how the movie ended, I would much rather leave the theatre a little depressed with a great ending than some ending that they forced so that every could have that good feeling at the end. And really it was more bittersweet than depressing. Also one thing that i did not notice on the first viewing was that Ryan Bingham was actually in the movie. He was the main guy that sang for Bridges when he was shite faced and went outside to puke at the bowling alley.
