Utility Golf Carts anybody know where a good deal is?

My dad bought a plain used EZ GO txt for a little over $1000 and put the lift, wheels/ tires, lights, brush guard, windshield, mirror and flipdown back seat on. Probably has a little over 2 grand in it including the price of the cart. So far have had to replace half the batteries, but we knew they would need it over the course of the next year when we bought it. Came out way cheaper that way than buying one from a dealer already all loaded, even used. We use it for getting to the stands on the lease in MS and it can suprisingly get to half the property without problem.

I'm not sure, I'll check when I get home, but it was one from golf course that a dealer had a bunch of that the golf course got rid of. I want to say it was an 06. It had the batteries replaced once before we bought it. I wanna say he ended up paying $1200 or $1300 for it.

Thing is scary fast and with hauling all of that weight in batteries it does not like to come to a stop very fast.
He has a chip in his and it GPS 27 MPH.
