Tigers in AZ?? Chez Monieux??

Anyone here live in the Tempe/Phoenix area? There was a cajun restauraunt there called "Chez Monieux" that I used to watch LSU games and eat at religiously while living there for school. The head chef's name was Jared and he and his family were originally from BR. Super nice people. Just found out they are closed down. Anyone know anything about this retuarant or family? Hoping he takes his talents (LeBron joke) back to BR so I can get some of this delicious food again before I die. Haha. Thanks in advance, guys.
