Sanford and Son reruns

The older I get the funnier these episodes get. Fred G. Sanford is easily one of the funniest characters in the history of TV. Lamont was the ultimate straight guy while secondary characters like Grady, Aunt Ester, Rollo, Bubba, Woodrow etc all were perfect fits.
The dialogue between Fred and Ester ALWAYS crack me up.

Also, when Fred steals Lamont and Rollo's dates by luring them with onion stew and a Ripple/Champagne combination called "Champipple".

There was this one episode were Fred busted in on Lamont and Rilo's date with Ripple mixed with Champagne and he called it Cham-pipple

Personally, I thought it got funnier after Lamont left and the big fat white guy took his place. Great show. You'd never see something like that on broadcast today. Good times.
