Miami is absolutely laughable. Miami should never been in the top 10 for any issue involving fans aside from shittiest fans, in which case they are #1.
WVU and LSU were definitely the first two that came to mind.

white outs, and generally all of the fans dressing alike, is lame.
spontaneity of fans celebrations should always be looked at, otherwise Texas A& M might get included
