Amelia island/fernandina beach restaurant recommendattions?

It's changed a lot since I used to hang there. There is cool bar "downtown" called Palace Saloon. I used to go there the most. For fine dining you can't go wrong at the Ritz Carlton hotel. You don't have to be guest to eat there. Great views and you get to explore the property.
