A couple of them are kind of interesting, owners telling the story of how they got started and talking about the food they serve. They had a bunch of my favorite spots,

Best Stop

Creole Lunch House

T-Coon's

Billeaud's

They're website has a bunch of interviews in text format, links on the left, I read a couple and they were pretty neat, LINK

The food isn't all that great, they're more known for always having fine waitresses. It's decent enough though, I usually get fried or baked chicken.
