Is the 83/23 limit for this year only?

This year only I think. We didn't take over 23 last year and I think it was being enforced then. No 100% sure though.

LSU has a roster limit of 83 for the 2011 football team. The limit of 23 applies to the 2011 incoming freshmen class.
The current recruiting class, 2012, will have a limit of 25, but that is due to the new SEC rule.

yes. i believe you can still back count, etc.
