Would receive braun and Hamilton for Bruce and konerko..
Maybe I'm stupid but I'm torn on this..it's a nonkeeper custom scoring league..bigger points awarded for big hits like hrs and what not

I'm not a fantasy expert, but I've been paying attention to a lot of baseball this year and to me Hamilton & Braun win in this trade. They have just as much power and more base stealing ability. But, Hamilton's injury history would scare me.

Only word of caution is Hamilton's injury history, but Braun is basically a more developed Bruce with base stealing ability (though slightly less hrs).

Bruce leads the NL in all power categories. Konerko had better power numbers then both Braun and Hamilton last year and more than likely will this year. In a league that rewards for big hits, these two guys are two of the best.
Braun is the best player in the deal. Hamilton is good but you don't win leagues with guys who are always hurt.
keeper league, give me Braun and Hamilton. T
his year, give me Bruce and Konerko. They are mashing.

I'm just really torn on giving up Bruce cause he's destroying it this year..I'm the last undefeated team in my league and I'm hesitant to make changes

I would do it. Braun is the best player in the deal. Bruce is absolutely killing everything in sight, but I still think Braun will finish with a better year. However, Konerko is still really, really good and I glad to say that I am Konerko owner in one of my leagues. For this year, Konerko may be better than Hamilton. The deal sounds really good by just looking at name value, but I understand your reservations in first place.

Yeah, I was trying to remove my blinders on Hammy, because I'm not a fan of him either.
Huge Braun fan... but Bruce/Konerko is a tremendous power combo... and if the guy is undefeated... why change things?
I'd probably stay pat unless I had a guy like Pujols/Howard at 1B and Konerko was just on my bench.

I have fielder holding down my first base spot and have lind and konerko holding down my IF and DH spot..this is a 28 roster spot league
