I have a 4 br house that Tom Mackey manages and I haven't had any complaints. My condos are managed by Reynolds Sumrow and Scruggs, also pretty good (bigger job).

I was considering renting out a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, do property management groups keep your properties filled pretty easily? Also, do you pay them 10 percent?

Yea it's around 10 percent....worth it in my case.
